With a bubbly, compassionate, and positive spirit, she’s the one making sure your favorite stylist is free when you are, helping decode those “need help ASAP” texts, and keeping the timing, comfort, and flow of the salon totally on point.

What guests may not realize is how much Bailey does to keep things calm and connected behind the scenes. Whether it’s jumping in during the chaos or smoothing out communication, she’s all about helping the team shine and making the guest experience seamless. Her favorite moment? Watching someone walk out with a full transformation and a full-on glow.

Outside the salon, Bailey is a softball superfan—you’ll catch her watching or playing any chance she gets.
