Susan is one of the caring voices behind every great guest experience. Attentive, caring, and supportive, she works to ensure every guest feels heard, valued, and cared for—not only during their visit, but before and after it as well. Whether she's following up, helping resolve a concern, or coordinating with the team behind the scenes, Susan is dedicated to making every experience feel effortless from beginning to end.

What guests may not always see is the amount of care she puts into the moments after they leave the salon. She believes great hospitality doesn't end at checkout, and she's always looking for ways to strengthen relationships and ensure every guest feels genuinely supported. Her favorite part of the day is seeing both guests and stylists happy with the experience they've shared together.

Outside of the salon, Susan enjoys relaxing with a good book, playing games on her Nintendo Switch, listening to music, or watching movies and TV shows.
